Guess what? It's raining....again.
Our garden is a mess. We did see the big buck bunny rabbit getting his fill tonight. He's huge! He particularly likes the sugar snap peas.

Death By Planting
Well, we are on day 40 of continuous rain and no sun shine. The garden has stopped growing and all the leaves are turning yellow.
What to do!

Rain Rain Go Away...
It has rained so much I'm thinking about building an ark. The box is good at holding dirt and even better at holding water. The garden is growing but we're seeing some issues.
Box One with the peppers and tomatoes is showing some yellowing of the leaves. The pepper has not gotten any bigger in a week, though the tomatoes have gotten taller. Only the Marigolds are thriving.
Box Two is doing a little better. The beans are loving it and the strawberries are starting to take off.
See! Our first strawberry bloom! I didn't think they were going to make it but the bad leaves withered and the new leaves came out in force. I can't wait for Taylor to pick and eat her first strawberry this spring. I used to sit in my grandmother's huge patch and eat the small and sweet strawberries in the hot Georgia sun.
The pole beans are doing very well. I've got to get the trellises up soon.
The marigolds were gonners I thought...but look how bright and yellow they are!
See the yellow leaves. All four tomato plants are like this. Too much water?
The green bell pepper has not grown any and the leaves are yellowing. Too much water?

Wow...green everywhere!
It is monsoon season here in Georgia. The rain is falling every day, which is a benefit since we've had droughts for years. The garden is exploding. We've got some leaf eating bugs on the pole beans but the rest of the crops are doing well. The strawberries are doing much better.
We'll send some pictures tomorrow.
